The problem
Most practice websites were written once, at launch, by whoever built the site, and haven't been touched since. Meanwhile the questions patients ask before they book have changed completely, and more of them now go to an AI assistant instead of a search box.
I've spent ten years closing that gap, most of it for dental practices, at a hundred pieces a month. The work is the same for any practice patients choose before they ever pick up the phone.

Service pages and site copy that answer what patients ask before they book, not what the practice wants to say about itself.
Ongoing blog and local search content, produced on a monthly calendar you can see in advance.
Google Business posts, patient emails, and full launch copy for new or rebuilt sites.
Why this won't let you down
Practice content has real edges around outcome claims, efficacy language, and before-and-after representations. Ten years of editorial work in a regulated field taught me to treat every clinical claim as something that needs a source, not something that needs a synonym. If I am not certain a claim is defensible, it does not go in the draft, and I will tell you why.
I use AI openly, the way a newsroom does, for speed rather than judgment. It helps with outlines, angles, and rough drafts, the scaffolding that gets a piece moving. The writing itself is mine, and every piece is edited by hand until it reads in your voice.
